Baby packmule society

Hubby's colleagues from US are visiting in October and due to the lower US exchange rate, buying baby stuff from US makes more sense than buying them here. Most pricing in Holland is priced at the same rate (just different currency symbol in front). So you can imagine, how much more extra we need to pay for a same item if we buy locally, plus some, we can't find them locally either. There is only one word to describe the pricing here, ridiculous.

One of the colleagues jokingly said that they are the baby packmule society for us :)
And I really appreciate their help because it's not easy to find colleagues who are willing to help us carry so many things (like baby carrier, stroller etc...) especially when these are 'baby' items, not some cool electronics gadgets. Each of them have to work out how to spread the load. Some lighter items have already been offloaded to colleagues who return to Holland earlier. We are expecting to receive our baby stroller in October, and I can't wait to see it!!
